Our Jumbo Aqua-Strainer is made of reinforced high-flow polypropylene for strength, toughness, resistance to chemicals and corrosion resistance There is a rubber O-ring on the top of the unit body to ensure a watertight seal. A pressure relief button on the inlet side of the cap to releases pressure in the system; it’s easy to change the filter cartridges. The cartridge should be replaced every 6–12 months depending on water conditions and sediment levels or change when color of the cartridge darkens or water flow slows.
